In view of recent Security challenges in the country, a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and renowned Industrialist, Chief Alex Oluremi AJIPE has applauded Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa over continuous funding and empowering the State Security Network Agency codenamed Amotekun corps.
In a Press Statement, the APC Stalwart expressed satisfaction with steady efforts of Governor Aiyedatiwa at sustaining funding of AMOTEKUN Corps to enable it tackle security issues adequately in collaboration with other security agencies.
He specifically hails the approval of the Governor for immediate Recruitment of more officers for Amotekun corps.
Chief AJIPE also commended Governor Aiyedatiwa for commissioning Amotekun corps Control and Training Facility in Akure, noting that such operational support would encourage the Corps to deliver more.
The Industrialist expresses confidence that with proper investment in security issues, more investors would be willing to be part of Ondo state economic development.
Chief AJIPE charged the people of Ondo state to continue to support Governor Aiyedatiwa to deliver on his mandate especially security governance which is a cornerstone of his administration under the “OUR EASE” policy thrust.
