BTO4PBAT27 boosts grassroots mobilization with tour of wards in Ese-Odo, Irele

The BTO4PBAT27 Ward Tour has continued to gain momentum across Ondo State, drawing widespread grassroots enthusiasm in Ese-Odo and Irele Local Government Areas as the group intensified mobilization in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

The tour, organized by BTO4PBAT27, a political support group dedicated to galvanizing support for the re-election of President Tinubuis being coordinated under the leadership of the Honourable Minister of Interior, Hon. Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.

In Igbotu area of Ese-Odo Local Government Area, the state committee of the group received a rousing welcome from party leaders, ward coordinators, and supporters who turned out in large numbers to reaffirm their commitment to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Speaking at the event, the Ese-Odo Local Government Coordinator, Mr. Akinyemi Adewale, expressed confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda and assured the leadership of sustained grassroots mobilization across all wards in the local government.

The tour later moved to Irele Town, headquarters of Irele Local Government Area, where the BTO4PBAT27 delegation was similarly received by party stakeholders and supporters.

Addressing the gathering, the Irele Local Government Coordinator, Mr. Lebi Temidayo, commended the consistency and dedication of the support group, pledging continued engagement with party members at the ward level.

Director-General of BTO4PBAT27, Ogbeni Adesuyi Adojutelegan, urged members to remain united, politically active, and committed to strengthening the APC ahead of future elections.

He also called on members of the support group to formally register as APC members to further consolidate the party’s grassroots base in both local governments.

According to him, the ongoing E registration is necessary for members hence the need for their active participation

Demonstrating commitment to party growth and mobilization, the Director-General announced financial donations of ₦1 million to the APC in Ese-Odo Local Government and ₦500,000 to the APC in Irele Local Government to support ongoing membership registration and party activities.

Adojutelegan commended members of BTO4PBAT27 in both local governments, describing them as a strong pillar of support for the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that their loyalty and grassroots engagement are critical to the success of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Also speaking, the Publicity Secretary of BTO4PBAT27, Folajimi Adewumi Gbenga, charged members to go beyond symbolic participation by ensuring regular ward meetings across all wards. He further encouraged members to complete their APC registration to strengthen the party’s structure at the grassroots.

The ward tour recorded impressive attendance in both Ese-Odo and Irele, with party leaders, ward coordinators, and supporters expressing optimism that the APC will secure overwhelming victories in the two local governments in future elections.
