CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE
The leadership of the Akoko North East Youth Forum (ANEYF), under the able leadership of Comrade Raji Kazeem Akanji (Fortunate), heartily congratulates all members of the Akoko North East Youth Forum, both at home and in the diaspora, on the successful completion of the football competition among the six (6) Youth Forums in Ondo North Senatorial District.
The grand finale between Akoko North East Football Team (Babanel FC) and Owo FC was keenly contested and ended in a penalty shootout, where Babanel FC emerged victorious, proudly representing Akoko North East Youth Forum. It was indeed a joyous and memorable moment for our Youth Forum, as fans turned out in their numbers to cheer and celebrate the team.
We sincerely appreciate our gallant players for their outstanding performance, discipline, and determination, which brought pride and glory to Akoko North East. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the fans and supporters whose unwavering encouragement throughout the tournament greatly contributed to the team’s success.
Furthermore, we express our profound appreciation to the Distinguished Senator, Pastor Olajide Ipinsagba, the Senator representing Ondo North Senatorial District, for hosting this laudable tournament.
The competition has served as a strong platform for unity, peace, and togetherness among youths across Ondo North, strengthening the bond among the Youth Forums more than ever before.
Once again, we say thank you, Distinguished Senator, for this impactful initiative.
