….Says Comrade Ajayi as the State Statistician-General in order
…..Commends payment of Promotion Arrears to Workers.
The Chairman of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN), Ondo State Chapter, Comrade Musa Samuel, has applauded Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa for the massive appointment of 32 permanent secretaries as well as nomination of Comrade Olusola Sunday Ajayi as Statistician-General and Dr Charles Tunde Ojuolape as Auditor-General for Local Governments.
In a press release signed by Comrade Musa, the Association described the gesture of Governor Aiyedatiwa as timely and commendable, considering the vacancies already existing in the public service that the new Permanent Secretaries would occupied.
The Association which congratulated the qualified top civil servants who made the list of the new Permanent Secretaries, urging them to justify the confidence reposed in them by coming up with ideas and expertise that would help in effective implementation of the present administration’s policies and programmes.
Comrade Musa who is also the State Secretary of the TUC and JNC, commended the appointment of Comrade Olusola Ajayi, as the State Statistician-General, expressed confidence in his ability to deliver on his assignments.
The Association equally appreciated Governor Aiyedatiwa’s administration for the recent approval of the Civil service Promotion placement and payment of promotion Arrears to deserving workers in the state, adding that such gesture would encourage public servants to do their jobs diligently.
