PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE AND TIMELY DELIVERY ODU CHARGES ODSCHC, THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATORS
Towards achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and qualitative service delivery, Secretary to Ondo State Government, Princess Catherine Oladunni Odu has implored Healthcare Third-party Administrators to meet expectations as stated in the agreement with the State government.
Addressing the company representatives in her office, Princess Odu called for the most proficient implementation of the scheme noting that all hands must be on deck to ensure public servants get the best out of the scheme, without any encumbrance.
“The Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, CON is passionate about sound health for the residents of the State, thus his constant attention to the health sector” she said.
Corroborating her view, Director General, Ondo State Contributory Health Commission (ODSCHC) Dr Abiodun Oyeneyin said the Agency has the mandate to provide optimum health insurance for all residents of the State.
Dr Oyeneyin stated that the Agency cannot single-handedly coordinate the activities of all service providers across the 18 Local Government areas, thus the need to engage third-party administrators for adequate management of each senatorial district.
In the same vein, he added that periodic stakeholders forum are been held with service providers from the Ministry of Health, Hospital Management Board, Ondo Primary Development Healthcare Agency and Third-party Administrators to assess and cross-examine reports.
In his response, the representative of the CEO of Life Worth Nigeria Limited, Dr Tokunboh Adekoya said the company is reputable and they comprehensively understand their roles and responsibilities.
Dr Adekoya affirmed that nothing less than quality healthcare services would be delivered to eligible beneficiaries towards enhancing the scheme for an improved healthcare system for the people of Ondo State.
