Hon. Ajobiewe David Supports Akoko Southwest APC Campaign with Cash Donation
…….Says a bundle of broomsticks can achieve a task.
As preparations heighten for the January 18, 2025, local government elections, Hon. Ajobiewe David, an APC stakeholder in Oka Akoko, has reaffirmed his commitment to the party’s victory by extending financial support to APC aspirants in Akoko Southwest.
The assistance includes monetary donations to the chairmanship and vice-chairmanship candidates, as well as all their councilorship aspirants. This gesture is aimed at enhancing grassroots mobilization efforts, including ward-to-ward, unit-to-unit, and house-to-house campaigns.
Hon. Ajobiewe called on all APC members in the local government to rise in support of the party’s candidates, urging them to set aside any sentiments or grievances. “Our party is our identity, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure its success,” he said. He also appealed to aggrieved aspirants to unite behind the party’s flagbearers and work together for victory.
He commended the efforts of APC leaders in Akoko Southwest for fostering peace and stability in the local government, which has earned it the reputation of being the most peaceful in Ondo North. Hon. Ajobiewe encouraged members to continue praying for the party’s success at both the state and national levels.
“Let love guide us, and let us support each other,” he added. “Teamwork, as symbolized by our party’s emblem, the broom, is key. A single broomstick can not sweep clean, but a bundle of broomsticks can achieve the task. Together, we can ensure a resounding victory for APC.”
