FALANA FELICITATES TEMITOPE MOMOH AS SHE EMERGES FIRST FEMALE NIQS CHAIRMAN

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Gender, Chief (Mrs.) Olamide Falana has congratulated Quantity Surveyor Mrs. Temitope Elizabeth Momoh as the newly elected Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), Ondo State Chapter.

Reacting to the investiture ceremony which held on the 15th of February, 2024 at Akure, Chief (Mrs.) Olamide Falana mentioned that it was not just a well deserved honour for Quantity Surveyor Mrs. Temitope Momoh to emerge as the 11th Chairman of NIQS but moreso applaudable as the First Female Chairman.

According to the Special Adviser, the NIQS Chairman has a remarkable record to serve in such capacity and would no doubt prove her mettle to render quality leadership, hardwork and integrity to foster development and progress in the institute.

In her words, “This is a testament to the change in the narrative regarding women taking up leadership positions; I believe her wealth of experience would promote advancement in the institute as good as her predecessors and shall serve as an inspiration to other women in the field who aspire to attain such height” It is a gradual process, she said.

The Special Adviser on Gender, Chief (Mrs.) Olamide Falana, once again congratulated the new Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors Chairman, Ondo State Chapter, Mrs. Temitope Elizabeth Momoh on her latest achievement and prayed God to grant her wisdom to deliver effectively.
