The Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) youth wing has extended heartfelt congratulations to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his deputy, Dr Olayide Adelami, on their swearing-in ceremony today, 24th February 2025.
In a statement signed by the State APC Youth Leader, Comrade Adeyemo Olalekan, the youths described Governor Aiyedatiwa as a leader with purpose and vision, commending his administration for bringing the state into the limelight for the right reasons.
“Your Excellency has demonstrated uncommon leadership with purpose and vision.
“Under your leadership, Ondo State has witnessed remarkable development on all fronts.
“As you take the oath of office and allegiance today, we pray for divine wisdom, understanding, and knowledge to guide you in piloting the affairs of our dear state to greater heights,” the statement read.
The youth wing further lauded the governor’s commitment to youth empowerment, highlighting his support in the areas of appointments, employment, and economic opportunities over the past year.
The youths also expressed hope for greater inclusion of young people in the new administration.
“We deeply appreciate your fatherly love and unwavering support for the youths.
“We, therefore, use this medium to seek even more appointments, employment, and empowerment opportunities for young people in the new government,” Comrade Adeyemo added.
The statement concluded with prayers for continued success and progress under Governor Aiyedatiwa’s leadership.
