Additionally, he facilitated job placements in federal agencies, including NNPC, Police, Army, and others, providing opportunities for young people to secure meaningful employment.

The senator organized medical outreach programs that provided treatment for various ailments, including eye screenings and corrective surgeries, as well as general medical check-ups and treatment. He also constructed and fully equipped a modern health center in Akunnu-Akoko, improving access to quality healthcare services for the community. Furthermore, he supplied medical equipment to the State Specialist Hospital in Ikare-Akoko, enhancing the hospital’s capacity to provide effective medical care.

Senator Ipinsagba provided 1,000 bursary awards to indigent students, enabling them to pursue their educational goals without financial burdens.
