Crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress (APC) at Ipele Ward 7 in Owo local government area of Ondo State has been resolved by stakeholders even as a peaceful ward congress was held by the party yesterday in the area.
SUNSHINETRUTH gathered that the crisis had eschewed in the All Progressives Congress (APC) at Ipele in Owo local government area of Ondo State as members recently had political disagreement with the executive of the party at Ipele Ward 7.
The State Woman Leader, Mrs Morenike Whitterspoon said that the party is now in good position at the ward and everything is peaceful.
She advised the new executive and the members to embrace unity and love one another.
One of the party’s leaaders, Hon. Nuel Elehinle stated that everything had been resolved as the Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu had mandated that all matters should be settled and a reconciliation committee will be set up that will look into the issues.
Elehinle said, “the issue of vote-of-no- confidence passed on our leadership of the ward, there is nothing like that but there were some issues that were localized and we are going to resolve them”.
