2027: Ondo Senatorial aspirant’s kinsmen endorse Ipinsagba, pledge support

The Ishakunmi Development Group on Wednesday hosted a colourful “Thank You and Request Ceremony” in honour of Senator Olajide Ipinsagba, drawing hundreds of residents who turned out to warmly receive the lawmaker and express appreciation for his interventions in the community, despite the presence of another senatorial hopeful from the area.

Speaking on behalf of the youths, the Ikare Akoko Youth Leader, Hon. Abdul (Sanziro), commended Senator Ipinsagba for his commitment to grassroots development, particularly the construction of additional classrooms at AUD School V and the donation of solar-powered street lights, which he said have improved learning conditions and enhanced security within Ishakunmi.

In his remarks, Chief Oluke lauded the Senator’s contributions to the community and offered prayers for greater accomplishments in his political career.

A former Commissioner and lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Olotu Fatai (Orege) also expressed gratitude for the overwhelming show of love from the people, highlighting Senator Ipinsagba’s achievements and assuring the gathering that their requests and messages would be duly conveyed.

The Chief of Staff to the Senator, Hon. Lai Yusuf, thanked the community for the warm reception, assuring them that Senator Olajide Ipinsagba would not take the show of love for granted.

He pledged that the concerns raised would be delivered to the Senator and reaffirmed his commitment to attracting more developmental projects to Ishakunmi.

Adding his voice, Chief Oniyofen praised the Senator and the organisers of the event, offering prayers for God’s blessings and continued unity within the community.

The ceremony was marked by a festive atmosphere, reflecting the community’s gratitude and collective hope for sustained development and stronger engagement with their representative.
