Report says unknown gunmen or Terrorists are currently attacking a police station at Ipele- community in the Owo local government area of Ondo state, thereby causing panic and unrest.
It was gathered that the gunmen also set ablaze the police station in the town.
The said community (Ipele) is still currently under attack as of the time of filing this report.
When contacted, the State Police Public Relations officer, Mr Abayomi Jimoh said there is no clear picture over the incident yet, as at the time of filing in this report.
However, the State Commissioner of Police, CP Adebowale Lawal said no religious centre was attacked.
Report says the ondo state police command has deployed reinforcement to the area even as the Commissioner of Police also deployed Tactical teams, EOD, and Mobile men to the affected area.
