Ondo state commissioner for lands and infrastructure, Engr Raimi olayiwola Aminu has enjoined residents especially Muslim faithful across the state to increase the tempo of prayers for the country to overcome her challenges.
He made the call In his Eid el fitri message made available to journalists on wednesday
Aminu urged the Muslim faithful to emulate the virtues of Prophet Mohammed on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-fitri and enjoined them to use the period to offer prayers for peace, unity and prosperity especially at a time Nigeria is faced with security and economic challenges.
“The Holy month of Ramadan is another opportunity for our Muslim brothers and sisters to deepen their relationship with Allah, promote peace, unity , life of great exploits, sacrifice, humanitarian services and brotherly love.”
He also called on residents of ondo state not to relent in giving their full support for the OluwaRotimi Akeredolu(SAN) administration to record more developmental strides in its quest to sail the ship of Ondo state to the promised land.
He assured them of the state government’s commitment to the welfare of the people and INFRASTRUCTURE development of the sunshine state as seen in different projects across the state.
