Sallah: We must thank Allah amidst challenges —Ileoluji FedPoly Rector to muslims

PRESS RELEASE

RECTOR’S GREETINGS TO THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY ON EID-EL-KABIR CELEBRATION

Let me on behalf of the entire Management, Staff and Students of our young and dynamic Institution, Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, Ondo State, heartily felicitate with our Muslim Community on this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

It is Allah’s benevolent wish and grace that we are alive to witness another memorable occasion in the Islamic calendar despite our individual and collective challenges.

I admonish our Muslim Brothers and Sisters in the Polytechnic Community and the Country at large to celebrate this festivity in moderation and to remember that there is always a time and season for everything in life.

Let us make this occasion worthwhile by rekindling our hope and faithfulness in Allah, who is the most beneficent and merciful.

Let us think and reflect on what we can do to promote the spirit of good neighourliness and friendship across board, while imbibing the attributes of sacrifice, tolerance and optimism which are the hallmarks of the _Eid-el-Kabir_ (Ileya) celebration.

Above all, let us be compliant with the safety protocols of COVID-19 pandemic and be law-abiding in all our interactions.

I wish you all a fruitful celebration and Allah’s blessings.

E-signed:
Professor Emmanuel Adedayo Fasakin, Ffs, Fiica, Fimc.
