AKURE BYE-ELECTION: ADEWOLE ‘MAJOR DEE’ CONGRATULATES MHR-ELECT LAWSON-ALADE

House of Assembly Aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Akure South Constituency-II of Ondo State, Hon Ayodeji Steve Adewole, popularly known as “MAJOR DEE”, has described the victory of Otunba Lawson-Alade Mayokun (LAF) in Saturday’s Akure North/ South Federal Constituency, as a clear indication that voters still see the All Progressives Congress (APC), as best platform to improve their welfare.
While Congratulating the MHR-elect, the APC and Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, on the unprecedented electoral victory, Hon Adewole expresses delight that all the stakeholders in the party came together to work for the well-deserved outcome.
In a Press Release, the Assembly Hopeful, also notes with satisfaction that the people bought into the need for young person to represent Akure South/North Federal Constituency at the National Assembly in line with global trend for “Youth O’Clock”.
The Businessman turned-Politician, equally appreciates Governor Akeredolu; the State APC Chairman, Engr Ade Adetimehin, party leaders in Akure South and North local government area, Elected and Political appointees in the state for collectively working to achieve the feat.
The Chief Executive Officer of Major Dee Motors, who calls on other contestants in the bye- election to accept the outcome as popular verdict of the masses, also enjoins Otunba Alade to be magnanimous in victory and to justify the confidence reposed in him by electorate.
