Kolade Akinjo records landslide victory to Emerge As PDP Candidate for Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency.
The Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Privatization and Commercialization IN THE House of Representatives, HON. Kolade Akinjo, has emerged the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ilaje/Ese-Odo federal constituency ahead of the 2023 general election
Akinjo polled 39 votes ahead of other contestants to clinch the party’s ticket at the primary election held on May the 22nd 2022.
His closest rival, Kolade Benson Omoyeni polled 12votes in an election adjudged to be free, fair and inclusive.
Hon. Kolade Victor Akinjo who is on his second term as the lawmaker representing Ilaje Ese odo federal constituency in the National Assembly, will now slug it out with other candidates jostling for the same office in the general elections billed for February, 2022.
He expressed his profound appreciation to party delegates and his ever supportive constituents for their support towards his victory at the primaries .
He promised to continue in his quest to facilitate the growth and development of ILaje Ese Odo federal constituency.
