Inauguration of BAT: Hon. Omowunmi Congratulates Nigerians
…says it’s a new dawn for rebirth of a great nation
Following the successful inauguration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) as Nigeria’s President at the Eagle Square in Abuja, the nation’s capital today, a former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development in Ondo State, Hon. (Princess) Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole has expressed congratulations to Nigerians just as she admonished the president to commence the process of reconciliation and bridge-building within and outside the All Progressive Congress (APC) as what the nation needs most is unity and peace to forge ahead.
In a statement she personally sign and made public, Hon. Omowunmi said it is heart-warming for Nigerians to have a dedicated and committed leader like BAT at the helms of affairs as it connotes the rebirth for Africa’s most populous nation.
While also using the opportunity to charge Nigerians to look beyond political party’s differences and pursue the birth of a great nation with the new president, The Akure Princess assured that great times are ahead, assuring further that BAT will not disappoint Nigerians as the expectations is quite high at the moment.
The statement further reads: ” What the nation needs the most now is peace and unity as prime components of good governance which I am certain, BAT will provide’’.
She also used the opportunity to express congratulations to the wife of the President, Her Excellency, Senator, Remi Tinubu for giving her husband all the support he needs during and after election.
While also appealing to candidates of all other political parties to sheathe their swords, Hon. Omowunmi enjoined them to join hands with the new administration to build the nation of our dreams.
