Impeachment: Ologbese condemns Odebowale’s Outburst over Aiyedatiwa‘s Apology

A Chieftain of All Progressive Congress APC in Ondo State, Otunba Dele Ologbese has condemned the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu over his outburst to the apology tendered by the Deputy Governor of the State to his boss.

Ologbese, who added that it has shown that Dr Doyin Odebowale is a beneficiary of the political crisis in the State, called on leaders across board to reign in on the political opportunist from Ogun State.

Ologbese in a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Akure the State capital described as ranting and vituperative, the statement made in response to the Deputy Governor, Luck Aiyedatiwa over the intervention of the national leaders of the party.

The Coordinator of Advocacy for Good Governance said it was frivolous, hypocritical, and misleading from self acclaimed spokesman of the Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu

He added that the Deputy Governor had openly apologised to his boss with a view to allowing peace reign in the state, saying it’s expected that the loquacious Ijebu-born display maturity by commending the Deputy Governor for his rare courtesy rather than misleading the public with crude outbursts in the media.

According to him, “the press statement from Doyin Odebowale was mischievous, crude and vindictive saying he’s a power drunk politician who’s being used to cause crisis in Ondo State. As stakeholders in the state, we are going to do all we could to stop the repeat of 1983 crisis.”

” Looking at his uncoordinated outbursts, one could easily know he was just speaking for himself and his collaborators rather than speaking for his principal, Mr Governor who’s a well known democrat and peace loving personality”.

“On this note, we advise all good people of Ondo State to discountenance all heresies or misinformation peddlled in the press release of this political vulture whose plan is to distabilize Ondo State”, Ologbese said.
