A Former Deputy Speaker of the Ondo state House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Iroju Ogundeji, has resigned his Membership of the main opposition of party, PDP.

A resignation letter by a former Odigbo one constituency lawmaker was sighted by SUNSHINETRUTH News on Sunday night;

Sir,

RESIGNATION OF MEMBERSHIP

I am writing to formally resign my membership from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) effective from today.

My decision to resign is borne out of my personal conviction to re-assess my future political career.

I thank the party for the opportunity given me to contribute my quota to the political development of our dear country.
