Ondo 2024: Aiyedatiwa remains the best choice for us, Dr. Adewinle mobilises APC members ahead of primary

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Dr Jide Adewinle, has canvassed support for the Ondo State governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, ahead of the governorship primary of the party.


Adewinle who led the Ikale-born Inspirational singer and composer of “Mabaja, Ma babinu” Toyin Ojagbemi to Governor Aiyedatiwa for stage performance at the governor’s declaration of intent at the House of Assembly Arcade ground Akure ahead of the April 24 governorship primary.


The chairman and Chief Executive Officer of West African Petrogas Global Limited, said Aiyedatiwa was full of praises after the performance by Ojagbemi, who the lyrical content of her single has direct bearing with the circumstances in which the governor found himself.


He appreciated the governor for his love for the artist and his plans for Ondo state youths.


The Finance expert appealed to the people of Ondo State , particularly members of the APC to choose wisely on who should be their governor in 2025 adding that in view of the transformational strides of Governor Aiyedatiwa’ s administration, the people should work to re-elect him to take Ondo State to the next level.


Meanwhile, party supporters in Ode-Aye had called on leaders and members to openly declare for Aiyedatiwa’s ambition as governor Ondo State.


The supporters appreciated Dr Adewinle, Chief Tayo Enikuomehin, Mr Oladipupo Okuniga (Bombay)and others for their effort to ensure Ode-Aye community is well represented.
